History

For sixteen years, I have continually advised over 400 small businesses, banks and credit unions.   As a pioneer in the Internet revolution, I currently manage the Internet consulting firms EFP Media™ and eFraud Prevention™.

eFraud Prevention™

eFraud Prevention™ was formed after years of witnessing firsthand the rapid growth Internet fraud.  My research on this subject was conducted solely for due diligence in providing accurate consulting and secure hosting services for my clients. It was soon realized that Internet fraud was a complex and evolving problem. Most consumers knew very little about Internet fraud and most Web sites provided very little information to educate those consumers. This threat is getting worse and 2008 has proved to be the most active year for fraud activity. 

Criminals are sophisticated, smart and motivated by profits. Both on and off-line crime creates financial loses for everyone while disrupting consumer confidence. Consumers will choose not to embrace conveniences such as ecommerce or online banking if they remain uninformed about how to remain safe.

Internet criminals disrupt business efficiency, along with placing fear of online fraud or identity theft on the consumer. This will impact progress and result in a decline in Internet technology growth. eFraud Prevention™ was created so that banks and credit unions can effectively educate their Web site visitors about how to stay safe online. Until there is a fail-safe technology that keeps everyone safe online, knowledge and awareness will remain the only effective solution to deter Internet fraud. eFraud Prevention™ is a series of Internet fraud prevention solutions designed specifically for financial institutions and consumers.
